Congratulations on your acceptance into the Alto Art Tour this August! Being selected to participate is an exciting opportunity to showcase your work and connect with a wider community of art enthusiasts and fellow artists. We are thrilled to have you join this year’s tour and look forward to seeing the impact your work will make. Please read carefully below before beginning to complete the form, as all information is required.

Participation Fee, please note that this $250 fee is nonrefundable and the final amount we will collect from you, unless you choose to sponsor yourself, as each artist is required to secure at least two sponsors.

Mandatory Fields as designated by "*" must be completed. Incomplete forms will not be considered eligible for participation in the tour.

Artist Final Approval Requirements
These are a summary of involvement but please read everything thoroughly before submitting.

Have or obtain general liability for the 3-day tour by March 20th.

Show Fee, nonrefundable show fee of **$250** by March 20th.
